Hosting, the rendering engine, your private workspace, and the MCP endpoint that lets your assistant draw. That is a flat, predictable cost, so the price is too.
What you do not pay us for
The expensive part, the model, is already yours. Because no AI key runs on our side, we are not reselling tokens, and you are not paying a margin on them.
Questions worth asking first
Do I have to give you an LLM API key?
No. Arketo never holds a model key. You connect the assistant you already run over MCP, and it does the thinking. We render and host the canvas, the findings, and the report.
Which assistants does it work with?
Anything that speaks MCP. Claude Code and Claude Desktop are the smoothest, and any other MCP-capable assistant can register the same URL with one command.
What counts toward the limit?
Metered actions: generating or updating the diagram and writing reports. Reading and looking at your canvas is free. The monthly cap sits well above what normal day-to-day use reaches.
Is my architecture private?
Each account gets an isolated workspace that no one else can see. Your canvas persists between sessions and is tied to your account, not a shared pool.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then billing stops. You can cancel or resume the subscription yourself from your dashboard at any time. No portal, no email.
